Warranty coverage

Products are covered by warranty for the period stated on the invoice/quotation or by the relevant OEM, whichever applies, against manufacturing defects under normal use. Duration and terms vary by SKU and manufacturer. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. OEM vs reseller warranty

Many enterprise products carry the OEM’s warranty (e.g. NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, Dell, Supermicro), serviced under OEM terms; others are covered by RDP as reseller. The applicable path (OEM or RDP) is identified at sale and on RMA.

3. Dead-on-arrival (DOA)

Units found non-functional on arrival must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with serial number and fault details. Verified DOA units are repaired or replaced subject to availability and OEM DOA rules.

4. RMA process

Contact support@rdp.in with invoice, serial number(s), and a fault description.

We issue an RMA number with return/diagnostic instructions.

After diagnosis, eligible units are repaired, replaced, or credited per warranty terms.

5. Support tiers and AMC

Standard support covers warranty defect handling. Enhanced support and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), with defined response/restore targets, are available where purchased and follow the Service Level & Turnaround Policy.

6. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover: physical, liquid, or electrical damage; unauthorised repair or modification; removed/altered serial numbers; improper power, cooling, or installation; misuse; software and data; consumables; or force-majeure damage. Performance variation within specification is not a defect (see the Product & Technical Disclaimer).

7. Remedies, data and liability

Repair, replacement, or credit is your exclusive contractual remedy for defects. Back up your data before returning any unit; RDP is not liable for data loss, downtime, or consequential loss. Liability limits in the Terms of Sale apply, without affecting non-excludable statutory rights.

GPU Mart · Policies Effective date: 17 June 2026 · Last updated: 17 June 2026 · Version 1.0 Warranty coverage, OEM vs reseller scope, support, DOA/RMA handling, and exclusions for GPU Mart products. 1.
