Scope of installation<\/h2>\n<p>Installation and commissioning are provided only where purchased and described in the quotation or statement of work. Typical scope may include physical placement, rack mounting, cabling, power-on, firmware\/driver setup, basic configuration, and functional verification.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Customer prerequisites (site readiness)<\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for site readiness before scheduled installation, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>adequate, stable power and circuits, UPS\/PDU, and earthing;<\/li>\n<li>sufficient cooling and airflow for the rated load;<\/li>\n<li>network connectivity, IP plan, and rack space\/access;<\/li>\n<li>safe access, lifting\/handling support for heavy units, and any permits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delays or revisits caused by site non-readiness may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Exclusions<\/h2>\n<p>Unless stated, installation excludes electrical\/civil work, structured cabling beyond the rack, OS\/application deployment, data migration, security hardening, and integration with third-party systems. These can be quoted separately.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Scheduling<\/h2>\n<p>Installation is scheduled by mutual agreement after delivery and confirmation of site readiness. Lead times depend on resource availability and location.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Acceptance<\/h2>\n<p>On completion we provide a commissioning\/handover record. Acceptance occurs on sign-off, or is deemed to occur 7 days after commissioning if no issue is reported. Defects are handled under the <a href=\"\/gpu-mart\/warranty-support\/\">Warranty &amp; Support Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Safety and compliance<\/h2>\n<p>Our personnel follow applicable safety practices.
