RDP is a leading IT Hardware brand for Design & Manufacture of Computing Devices. We Just reached 10 Years but have a presence across India. We promote “Make in India” (MII) by Designing & Manufacturing of Laptop PC, Desktop PC, Tablet PC, All in One PC, Servers and Workstations.

In this context we are looking to hire a Brand Manager to serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for brand endorsing . These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  1. Accountable for managing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution.

  2. Be the brand lead across all other marketing functions — both in brand strategy, promotion and creative. Provide brand review for all marketing content and ensure it is in line with overall brand positioning and voice.

  4. Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.

  5. Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies.

  6. Create designs and layouts for media outlets.

  7. Establish and maintain brand budgets.

  8. Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.

  9. Complete research into industry trends and public perception.

  10. Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.

  2. 3-6 years of experience in marketing(IT Hardware marketing preferred).

  3. Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.

  4. Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) .

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Strong research and analytical skills.

  7. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  8. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

  9. Proven leadership experience.

  10. Immediate joiner preferred
