Responsibilities
Candidate is responsible for safety, daily quality production, RM & PM inventory, production planning, data entry, FG inventory, routine plant maintenance.
Maintaining daily production reports, log books and related documents.
To strictly follow the systems & procedure as per Production Calendar.
Handling overall Product audit and Process audit.
Analyzing customer complaints, line rejection, Supplier audit and taking corrective actions.
Establishing Initial Process Capability and monitoring ongoing Process Capability
Defining and standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
Monitor and ensure adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
Overall responsibility of the production Assembly line.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years experience in manufacturing operations in IT Hardware environment
2+ years experience in a supervisory capacity.
Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware assembly.
