We are looking for a fresh graduate preferably with knowledge, passion, certification in Facility Management, with a “go getter” attitude who seeks to build his career in the field of Facility Management and climb the career ladder in the growing organization like us.

  1. Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all areas.

  2. Daily monitoring of Housekeeping related staff and activities.

  3. To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all the common area, office area of building services of the building complex, including facades, basements, terrace and machine Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems.

  4. Preparing Housekeeping and other material requisition & maintaining monthly Inventory records.

  5. Courier management, check inward/outward register.

  6. Supervisor on Housekeeping and Pantry staff on their work.

  7. Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

  8. Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained

  9. To review the monthly consumables, tools and equipment for housekeeping and maintain the inventory.

  10. To measure the effectiveness of housekeeping and agency staff & conduct training of the Vendor Staff.


  1. Graduate in any stream or equivalent.

  2. Male candidates preferred. However, we are open to any eligible candidates.

  3. Should have Own Two Wheeler with valid license mandatory.

  4. Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing.

  5. Should know how to read, write and speak English, Hindi and Telugu.

  6. Organizing, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload.

  7. Should be aged around 18-26 yrs.

  8. Should be go getter and career oriented.

  9. Should be a self-starter motivated individual with focus on issue resolution.

  10. Should be able to manage and close tasks in a time bound manner.
