Responsibilities
Greeting the customer and listening to their problem and registering the same and sharing the ticket no. with them.
You will be the first point of contact with the customer in taking their call and understanding their queries.
Once you know the issue you have to clearly mention it in the log note and assign it to the L1 Engineer.
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
Answer incoming customer phone calls and e-mail while providing superior customer service.
Responsible for the ownership of incident creation, resolution and closure.
Actively listen to each customer’s request; confirm an understanding of the issue, diagnose the problem and provide an accurate solution.
Work strictly as per SOP.
Requirements
Freshers with Bachelor’s /Master's degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
Must have a take charge personality but also possess a strong teamwork ethic.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable, flexible and able to multitask.
Presentable; good interpersonal skills; quick learner
Able to handle diplomatic and critical situations.
Able to handle the customers politely and smoothly.
Candidates should have good convincing skills.
Able to understand the SOP and quick response to the customers.
