Fundraiser develops fundraising strategies, formulates solicitation procedures, and oversees all fundraising activities. Identifies new investor bases, directs and coordinates solicitation of funds. Being a Fundraiser, he/she should act as liaison with funding partners and organizations.
Responsibilities
Researching potential investors.
Track record of Strategic Fundraising.
Writing funding proposals and sending those to potential investors.
Creating marketing and promotional activities.
Developing fundraising events.
Maintaining records of sponsors.
Lead on development of new funding streams.
Organizing campaigns that will lead to investment.
Develop and maintain effective supporter journeys for the development of relationships and retention
Need to give training to the volunteers.
Requirements
Education: MBA or PGDM in Finance or any related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 year of experience.
Age: Minimum 25 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
Creativity and persuasion skills.
Good organizational skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Experience of developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
Innovative management style.
Ability to work flexible hours.
