We are looking for a HR executive with a minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (Non-IT) and managing human resource generalist activities like HR-Operations, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Process Management.


  1. Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration

  2. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations

  3. Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience

  4. Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise

  5. Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety

  6. Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience

  7. Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations

  8. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives

  9. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data

  10. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations


  1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  3. Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  4. Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  5. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

  6. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

  7. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

  8. Excellent communication and people skills

  9. Aptitude in problem-solving

  10. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
