  1.  Understand all the current practices of the company and provide the inputs on improvisation.

  2. Work closely with the consultancies to formulate new policies and educate all the stakeholders to comply by the same. 

  3. Periodic review of policies and updating the versions accordingly. 

  4. Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety.

  5. Ensure all the policies are communicated to Employees and assessment(s) are carried out. 

  6. Ensure that all aspects of the HR function promote an organizational culture of teamwork and service, high quality, transparency and accountability, innovation and inclusiveness.

  7. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading community engagement events, information sessions and serving as key point of contact for all employee queries.

  8. Guide and coach managers on employee relationship and HR issues in line with company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.

  9. Conduct workshops, webinars and other modes of teaching to keep all the employees on the same page.

  10. 10. Streamline all the statutory compliance and governance of the company.


  1. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.

  2. 3-4 years of substantial experience in  the development of HR strategy, HR policy development,performance management and appraisals, compensation and benefits.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  4. Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  5. Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organizational structure.

  6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  7. Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems will be a plus.

  8. Flexible approach to working, able to pick up a variety of tasks/projects with minimal supervision.

  9. Individuals with Excellent organizational skills will be given first preference. 

  10. Immediate Joiner preferred.
