As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts utilising appropriate resources necessary to close sales and ensure customer success.
You will be assigned with few customers/accounts with whom you have to build business relationships and alongside you have to hunt for the new accounts.
Enter and manage data for existing , new and prospective clients in the odoo CRM, ensuring communications are logged, information is accurate and documents attached.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.
Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for products and services.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through calls/mails in a systematic manner to develop prospects and advance the sales process.
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with originating and existing customers through exceptional pre & post sales service.
Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers (HNI) and sales teams.
You will be responsible for learning about the business, its products, market segment, GTM etc. which will fuel your performance.
MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing with maximum One Year experience in Inside sales.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Patient and persuasive with extraordinary communication skills in Hindi & English is a must.
Previous experience in inside sales or related sales experience preferred.
Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
Able to adapt fast in the growing organization and use common sense.
Strong listening abilities and presentation skills.
Candidates should ideally be based at Hyderabad or be able to relocate to Hyderabad.

Willingness to grow in Inside Sales Vertical up to the highest level.
