Responsible for Product Design and Development of Desktop PCs, All in One PCs & Thin Clients. Roles include starting from concept design to the prototype and pilot batch production.
Research new product ideas and methods, draft new computer equipment blueprints and present them to management.
Ability to manage assigned projects including product improvements, product extensions, product enhancements, new product development.
Find creative design solutions to problems and Improve existing products and processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and incorporate new technology into existing units.
Analyze and manage multiple design-related issues to identify the root cause.
Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until the design meets specification requirements.
Conduct validation testing for new products.
Managing customer escalations and providing quick resolutions.
Experience in BOM (Bill of Material) structures.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or a relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of design analytics, algorithms, and measuring tools.
A creative, logical approach for generating new ideas and solutions, with the ability to transition through to part development.
Must have a good understanding of product design, manufacturing, and assembly.
Should have knowledge on PLC Model.
An awareness of the environmental impact of design ideas.
Proficient in problem-solving.
Excellent oral and written communication.
