Responsibilities
Working closely with the Manager in identifying the business requirements.
Communication with the internal team and try to understand the actual workflow and the requirement to be fulfilled.
Developing the workflow / flowchart as per the requirement cited by the manager / internal team.
Developing the strategy and defining the timeline to completing the task.
Coordinate with the third party vendors for quick resolution.
Should be able to write codes when required.
Should be able to train the Juniors who have knowledge only on Python.
Maintain good relations with all the third party vendors in case of emergency requirements.
Knowledge of Python development frameworks & Linux system.
Requirements
Should have strong python programming knowledge.
Knowledge of object oriented programming, object modeling, relational databases (Postgresql).
Designing and modifying user interfaces (views, widgets, menus, controllers etc).
Design and develop Odoo apps(new module development, customization).
Odoo framework knowledge.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical / Functional development of Odoo projects.
Experience working with versions of Odoo V10,11,12,13,14.
Practical knowledge in customizing Odoo and integration with third party systems.
Able to identify the requirement and propose the right approach to the company's requirement.
A Quick Learner, very approachable, honest and a fun team player with having Can-Do approach.
