RDP is a leading Indian computing brand for Design & Manufacture of Computing Devices like Laptop PC, Desktop PC, Tablet PC, All in One PC, Servers and Workstations. We have our presence across India and are catering to the increasing demand of the Indian Product in the IT Hardware segment.
We are looking for a Junior RMA Coordinator who will be able to coordinate with the customers and the backend team to understand the status of the device, part sent to the customer and the replaced device to be received by the SCM team. He/she will be a single point of contact for the customer and the SCM team.


  1. Once the Inside support team assigns any pickup of the device, you will go through the ticket and understand the brief case of the raised ticket.

  2. You will coordinate with the inside support team to check if the Field engineer to be assigned or the device has to be picked up.

  3. If the field engineer is available at the location then coordinate with him to send the new part if the faulty part is under warranty.

  4. Follow Up with the field engineer until the part is received by him and the faulty part is sent back to the company.

  5. If the field engineer is not available then arrange for the pickup of the device from the customer location.

  6. Coordinate with the customer until the device is reached to the company for repair.

  7. Once the device is repaired then shipping the device to the custom location.

  8. Continuous follow up till the customer receives the device.

  9. Properly maintaining the records in the odoo ERP.

  10. Seeking the rating of the customer on overall customer experience.


  1.  Education: B.Tech in CSE/ECE/EEE OR M. Tech OR any graduate.

  2.  Experience: Maximum 2 years of experience in customer success job role.

  3. Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 28 Years.

  4. Knowledge on ticketing tools.

  5. Strong follow up skills and documentation skills.

  6.  Ability to understand the nature of the ticket and component of computer hardware.

  7.  Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help  desk software.

  8.  Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience

  9.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Hindi is mandatory.

  10.  Should be able to work on multiple cases simultaneously.

Terms & Conditions of the Employment:

  1. The Shortlisted Candidate will have to sign the Employment Bond for the Period of One (1) Year. 

  2. The candidate need to submit any one of the academic original document with us during onboarding process.

  3. If the candidate wishes to discontinue the employment within the bond period then they have to pay double the payment of salary for  the number of  working days.

  4. The Notice period after the bond duration will be 60 Day.
