As a Learning and Development Specialist, your role will be to support the learning needs of all employees in all stages of the employee lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing training programs and initiatives

  2. Identifying training needs and gaps within the organization

  3. Designing and delivering training materials and content, including e-learning modules

  4. Facilitating training sessions and workshops

  5. Managing external vendors and trainers

  6. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements

  7. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends in learning and development

  8. Collaborating with other departments to align training with business goals

  9. Managing the organization's learning management system

  10. Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.


Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles

  2. Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials

  3. Strong communication and presentation skills

  4. Strong project management and organizational skills

  5. Experience in assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements

  6. Strong knowledge of e-learning tools and technologies

  7. Strong ability to think strategically and align training with business goals

  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  9. Strong ability to manage and work with external vendors and trainers

  10. Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments in learning and development.
