As a Learning and Development Specialist, your role will be to support the learning needs of all employees in all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Conduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
Responsible for designing & delivering the course as per the need of the organization.
Manage curriculum portfolio to ensure accurate training materials and assessments from new hire onboarding through continuing education and role specific accreditation programs.
Provide the training (classroom or virtual) at all levels of employee lifecycle.
Provide train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual) to support implementation of training programs and deliver instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual).
Collaborate effectively across teams to roll-out scalable training solutions around leadership development and manager capabilities.
Develop highly effective training material, assessment and learning options.
Create and implement development programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsible for preparing and releasing a monthly training calendar coordinating various trainers (behavioral & technical) internally and externally.
Responsible for managing quality aspects of training including post-training effectiveness.
Responsible for managing various rewards organizing events to felicitate award winners and providing them with memento.
Support creation and roll-out of Learning & Development roadmap that helps the business to scale and our employees to grow.
Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership.
Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management.
Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Connect Captivate and other L&D Tools knowledge would be a plus experience likewise Thinking Cap, Kornerstone or others.
Familiarity with gamification, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies.
Experience in creating and running virtual programs making use of latest technologies.
Willing to try innovative training model.
Fluent spoken and written English knowledge.
Ability to think strategically and operationally.
Experience in consulting preferably with industry specific learning programs.
