We are looking for a fresh Graduate preferably from HR Vertical who can help us in understanding various departments and their job role and identify the task carried out by the individual.
The desired candidate will have the ability to understand the organizational structure and attention to detail in noting down the task performed by each and every employee


  1.  You will have a complete understanding of the Organizational Structure and  then continuous improvisation should be performed.

  2. You have to understand all the Job Positions and identify the major responsibilities involved in the Job position.

  3. Every Job position has tasks, so you need to write a minimum of 10 tasks for every Job Position.

  4. You have to identify the skills required for delivery of the particular task and put the same in the Job Position Page.

  5. You have to identify the knowledge required for delivery of the particular task and put the same in the Job Position Page.

  6. You have to identify the attitude required for delivery of the particular task and put the same in the Job Position Page.

  7. You have to understand the Role Structure of each and every department and keep the role structure tidy and updated every time.

  8. You have to understand and write/upload all the study materials related to the Job Position.

  9. You have to understand and write the career path for the Job Position based on the role structure. 

  10. You have to have 360 command on every Job position, tasks, responsibilities of the organization.


  1. Education: Master's degree in specialization in HRM.

  2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience.

  3. Age: Minimum 24 Years to Maximum 27 Years.

  4. Attention to detail is MUST.

  5. Excellent communication in English with good writing skills.

  6. Must be a go-getter.

  7. Proactive in understanding the task and getting it completed within time.

  8. Learning Attitude. 

  9. Ownership and Accountability.

  10. Good computer skills.
