The Order Process Quality auditor is responsible for conducting manufacturing process audits to verify, review, and evaluate the manufacturing process and critical process monitors against established criteria. Performing process audits in the order processing environment to ensure that technical documentation, engineering specifications, and contractual requirements are being met.
Responsibilities
Ensuring all customer orders are processed in an efficient and organized manner in order to ensure accurate and prompt shipments.
Review order confirmations (confirmation with customer for the availability of services/products)
Check to make sure that only authorized staff can process sales orders.
Test to make sure that someone checks stock availability before accepting the sales order and any stock outs are tracked.
Verify that for manual order processing, sales orders are sequentially numbered and sequence checks are completed by the responsible manager.
Verify that the system ensures orders are completed fully, with data validation controls on items such as order date.
Validate that exceptions to contract pricing and /or large orders require manager approval.
Make sure that outstanding sales orders are regularly reviewed and cleared.
Determine if OTIF (On Time in Full) KPI is monitored and reviewed periodically by appropriate management.
Whether the order processing team is coordinating with the relevant teams to process the orders (Ex: procurement, warehouse, production..etc.).
Requirements
Education: B.Tech in CSE/ECE/EEE OR M. Tech OR any graduate with certification in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum Four year experience as quality auditor
Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
Candidates should have good command of written and verbal communication in English, Hindi languages.
Regular audits of order processing, production planning, and logistics.
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and strong forecasting skills.
Ensure continuous improvement of Projects involving project innovation, cost savings, and automation.
Conducting the sessions with the relevant teams for the OTD (On Time Delivery).
Identifying the challenges where the team is unable to perform and preparing reports accordingly.
Providing auditing reports to management in a timely manner, in order to make improvements to the process.
