Unboxing is the first physical customer experience. This experience makes or breaks the customer’s trust. Packaging is the most sensitive touch point and hence it is to be addressed very seriously. We, in RDP, work hard to deliver the best experience to our customers and hence we have a great packaging team.
We are looking to expand our team with like minded aspirants from any IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) who are passionate and want to achieve excellence in the packaging industry. If you are crazy enough to disrupt the packaging experience then come and join us.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand the current packaging techniques of the company.

  2. Follow the industry standard for the packaging and suggest the best packaging process.

  3. Understand the IT hardware packaging solutions by studying the competitors packaging solutions.

  4. Suggest the best practice by presenting in the form of ppt.

  5. Help the company in saving in the packaging cost by adapting ultra modern engineering and packaging technology.

  6. Monitoring inventory for packaging material and purchase of new materials

  7. Preparation & review of specification, segmentation, targeting & positioning, test procedures and SOP of packaging solutions.

  8. Coordination with suppliers for development of new/ existing packaging materials or change of materials or new packaging material.

  9. Coordination with the production department for packaging related activities.

  10. Maintain flexibility and strive to complete all other requests as directed by the higher management.


Requirements

  1. Education:MBA/PGDM from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging).

  2.  Experience: Freshers to maximum One Year Exp. in Packaging.

  3. Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 27 Years.

  4. Ability to present the learning in ppt form and explain to the audience.

  5. Project Management skills with detailed knowledge on deliverables.

  6. Should be able to take up the challenge to transform the current packaging system.

  7. Should be a go getter and self starter.

  8. Passionate about package engineering and technology. 

  9. Should be a team player and work together with the team.

  10. Should take packaging experience of the company to the next level.
