Trainee Procurement Executive

Any fresher Graduate or Experience of 6 months to 12 months in Purchase/Procurement preferable from IT/Electronics procurement field with the knowledge of SAP MM & P2P Process.


  1. Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions

  2. Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements

  3. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns

  4. Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings

  5. Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

  6. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

  7. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

  8. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

  9. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

  10. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.



  1. A master's degree in supply chain management or a similar field preferred

  2. Proven work experience as a Procurement executive or similar role

  3. Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems

  7. Positive attitude to learn and take up new challenges

  8. Experience in  sourcing vendors

  9. Ability to develop strong professional relationships both internally and externally

  10. Detail-oriented and highly organized

Benefits/ Compensation

Terms & Conditions of the Employment:

  1. The initial designation would be Management trainee /Trainee. 

  2. The candidate will be in a training period for first 6 Months and then from 6th Month to 12th Months they will be in the On Job Training designated as Management Trainee. 

  3. The Shortlisted Candidate will have to sign the Employment Bond for the Period of Two (2) Years. 

  4. If the candidate wishes to discontinue the employment within the bond period then they have to pay the training cost of Rs. 80,000/- to the company.

  5. The salary in hand for the first one year will be Rs. 15000/- months. All other benefits like insurance, Travel Allowance and or any allowance applicable to the job role will be provided separately. 

  6. The Notice period after the bond duration will be 60 Days. 

  7. The salary hike is done Annually which depends on the company’s performance & Individual performance. Average hike per year ranges from 5% to 50% on basic
