Production Quality Control executive monitors the quality aspects of manufactured products that meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers and the products that are ready to be shipped.
The job role involves analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase. They sort out the items that fail to meet the quality standards and enhance the production process to reduce the chances of failure.

Responsibilities

  1. Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.

  2. Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements.

  3. Reject all the defective manufactured products that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.

  4. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines.

  5. Providing training to the production team to know where the quality parameters were missing.

  6. Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domains.

  7. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.

  8. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.

  9. Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.

  10. Monitor the production phase at various levels and customer satisfaction levels.


Requirements

  1. Education: B.Tech / M.tech/ M.sc or any equivalent education.

  2.  Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field.

  3. Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 35 Years.

  4. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

  5. Should possess strong organizational skills to perform product reviews and inspections.

  6. Training skills to train the employees for some specific processes and procedures. 

  7. They must be capable enough to train the employees regarding how to prevent flaws and work towards a smoother workflow. 

  8. Real-time experience in the same domain is preferred.

  9. Excellent documentation and presentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  10. Profound knowledge of quality control standards.
