If you are a Supply Chain professional looking for an opportunity to grow, RDP has an exciting platform for you Based in Hyderabad. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping till delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction ensuring SLA's are met. The candidate will have prior work experience in coordinating with Transporter / Courier services provider for prompt daily pickups and delivery of shipments and providing continuous updates to customers throughout shipping process and closely managing the customer relationship

Responsibilities

  1. Accurate dispatch of Finished Goods.

  2. Timely Loading & Unloading of Vehicles.

  3. Process Improvement Initiative.

  4. Appropriate Storage of All Items.

  5. Process implementation.

  6. Documentation of Dispatch Process SOP.

  7. Prepare Indent vs Dispatch on Daily Basis.

  8. Maintain Proper FG & Dispatch Records in our application .

  9. Proper Hygiene of FG, Safety & Housekeeping.

  10. Ensure proper implementation of WMS.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree. B. Com would be preferable.

  2. 3-5 or more years experience as a Logistics Coordinator.

  3. Current knowledge of industry trends, Logistics (Domestic International) and regulations.

  4. Good Knowledge of Import Export with document requirement and clearance process

  5. Good knowledge of Logistics billing and Negotiations

  6. Ability to Maintain appropriate Logistics Record and Trends (i.e. MIS and PODs)

  7. Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel (Advance excel formula knowledge) and PowerPoint).

  8. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  10. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

  11. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
