Responsibilities
Accurate dispatch of Finished Goods.
Timely Loading & Unloading of Vehicles.
Process Improvement Initiative.
Appropriate Storage of All Items.
Process implementation.
Documentation of Dispatch Process SOP.
Prepare Indent vs Dispatch on Daily Basis.
Maintain Proper FG & Dispatch Records in our application .
Proper Hygiene of FG, Safety & Housekeeping.
Ensure proper implementation of WMS.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree. B. Com would be preferable.
3-5 or more years experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
Current knowledge of industry trends, Logistics (Domestic International) and regulations.
Good Knowledge of Import Export with document requirement and clearance process
Good knowledge of Logistics billing and Negotiations
Ability to Maintain appropriate Logistics Record and Trends (i.e. MIS and PODs)
Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel (Advance excel formula knowledge) and PowerPoint).
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
