Prepare and execute effective product / solution technical demonstration to the prospective customers. Products Scope, Servers & Workstations.
Engaging customers, capturing requirements, proposing technical solutions and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver the business value solutions to the customer successfully and achieving high level of customer satisfaction - to own and manage the whole process.
Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels).
Prepare and execute effective product / solution technical demonstration to the prospective customers.
Provides coaching and professional development to the sales team in order to enhance their product.
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customers. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Be the solution owner, taking lead and working with a cross-functioning team including professional services, product management, sales and marketing to drive the development of market-driven solution and services, and also for marketing events.
Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
Act as a customer liaison to ensure customer satisfaction post-sales and be a point of contact for any issues the customer faces.
Perform limited technical support or post-sales for highly potential customers or partners.
Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
Knowledge of IT Hardware product line Specially Server & Workstations and technologies.
Possess broad overall industry experience and technical knowledge as well as subject -matter expertise.
Experience in the Computing Industry and Bachelors Degree in Engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to present in front of large audiences.
Exhibits strong commercial acumen, credibility and presence to enable effective relationship building, influencing and instilling confidence at a senior level. Technology literate within the customer's segment.
Good to have Digital Experience Management and Application Performance Management experience.
Confident articulating technical and business value propositions.
Competitive knowledge including industry, emerging technologies / product offerings.
