Responsibilities
Collaborating with HODs and understanding different job functions and role requirements and accordingly writing Job Description.
Develop and execute recruiting plans, prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, IJPs & Social Media.
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and shortlisting candidates for managerial round.
Minimum of 5 candidates have to be shortlisted everyday who are matching 80% and above as per Job Description.
Accomplishing pre-onboarding process as per TAT mentioned in the HR SOP.
Finding new sources for searching unique candidates.
Adhering to timelines to fill in the open positions.
Strong command on vendor management for achieving deliverables.
Providing daily reports to the HR manager regarding the recruitment status of positions.
Act as SPOC for all the hirings.
Requirements
Education:Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
Experience : 3-6 years of experience in a similar position.
Age: Minimum 27 years to 35 years.
Hands on experience with managing Walk in Interview, Job posting, In house Hiring, Knowledge of Job Portals, Mass Mailing Job Consultant Management.
Consulting/Start-up Tech & Product hiring experience will be given first priority.
Excellent fluency/command over the English and Hindi language.
Have worked on ATS
Able to manage deadlines with quality output.
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiner is preferred.
