As a Senior RMA Repair engineer, you have to lead a team of repair engineers and get the work done from them. You will also work closely with the SCM team to keep track of device shipment and also monitor warranty Application and CRM update of the team.

Responsibilities
You have to manage a wide range of customer tickets by evaluating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving them within SLA.
You will assign the ticket to Team Members for Identification and rectification of the problems.
You have to repair computer hardware components and other peripherals.
You will be responsible for repair of all the products which RDP manufactures, i.e., Desktop, Laptop, AIO, Servers & Workstations.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and network related issues.
You will manage the applications like Warranty App, CRM, ticketing system, Part 360, PSPR etc.
You will coordinate with the SCM team for parts related availability.
You have to segregate the team as per the product specialization and get the work done from them.
You will be responsible for coaching the team for new processes and applications.
You will be responsible for documentation of all the work and record all the assets in the odoo application.
Requirements
certification in Computer repair.
Experience: Minimum Four year experience in repairing electronic devices preferably Laptop/Desktop.
Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
Must be able to work on multiple issues at a time.
Must be able to manage a team and coach them. .
Good communication skills and Coordination skills.
Well versed with CRM/Application uses.
Must be passionate about IT Hardware and a hard working mindset.
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Hindi.
Candidate has to work from our factory Location in Hyderabad

Terms & Conditions of the Employment:
The Shortlisted Candidate will have to sign the Employment Bond for the Period of One (1) Year.
The candidate need to submit any one of the academic original document with us during onboarding process.
If the candidate wishes to discontinue the employment within the bond period then they have to pay double the payment of salary for the number of working days.
The Notice period after the bond duration will be 60 Days.
