Top 10 Job Responsibilities for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  1. The candidate will be responsible for the talent acquisition of a few specific departments of the company for which complete knowledge of the department has to be gained/learned.

  2. Collaborating with Managers / HODs and understanding different job functions departmental playbook, SOP and role requirements for better Talent Acquisition TA experience and delivery for the department assigned.

  3. Accordingly, design the Job Description (JD) of the open Job Position (JP) and make JP live in the company career page. Define the relevant task, skill competency, KRA/KPI,career path etc.

  4. Once the job is open in “Open Job (OJ)” conducting virtual meetings with respective stakeholders (recruiter,vendor,department manager etc.) and repeating the same every fortnight till the OJ is closed.

  5. Screen the applicants received from junior recruiters and evaluate if they meet the position requirements and accordingly move to “Senior Recruiter Shortlisted” in the recruitment app.

  6. Every working day, a minimum of 6 relevant candidates has to be shortlisted. And every month minimum 6 candidates have to be on boarded. 

  7. Coordinate  for the final round till the documentation stage.

  8. Collaborate with on-boarding team and new hire throughout OJT till R2R. Also making sure all the administrative needs of new hires are fulfilled in time.

  9. Weekly review of the JPs, OJs with the team members.

  10. Review and maintain all hiring sources in the “Hiring Sources App” and process all vendor  recruitment related bills and maintain the MIS of the same.


Top 10 Job Requirements for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  1. Masters Degree or equivalent  in Human Resource Management.

  2. Between 4- 7 years of overall experience in HR with minimum 4 years in the Talent Acquisition vertical.

  3. Complete working experience in the full-cycle hiring process, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  4. Excellent fluency/command over the English, Hindi & Telugu Language.

  5. Familiar with tools like HRMS, ATS, job boards (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs etc.), LinkedIn and other social media.

  6. Hands on experience with managing Walk in Interview, Job posting, In house Hiring, Knowledge of Job Portals, Mass Mailing Job Consultant Management.

  7. Learning attitude with strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills.

  8. Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network. 

  9. Able to manage  deadlines with quality output.

  10. Immediate joiner is preferred, work from office, Monday to Saturday.
