So & Store Manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a range of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll manage people, processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all incoming orders - ERP, web portal based, e-mail
• Set up and document the order process for new customers
• Assist in day-to-day activities related to pricing validation, reporting, data entry, and management of customer orders.
• Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
• Process import as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
• Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
• Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
• Management of communication with the sales department and customers
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
• Plan and supervise the workflow in Stores.
• Order, receive and handle materials into the Store.
• Plan and organize materials and items at proper places in the store.
• Maintain and manage inventories accurately.
• Replenish materials with regards to production schedules and customer orders.
• Create, plan and implement accuracy in inventory controls.
• Organized storage of finished products.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory in order to ensure the smooth operation
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions able and presentable.
• Maintain Store day book and update in and out stock
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

• Proven successful experience in relent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any graduate or relevant field experience.
