We are looking for a fresh Graduate from HR Vertical who can help us in understanding various departments, their job roles and help us in writing policies, processes which are needed for the organization to succeed by reducing errors, increasing efficiencies and profitability, creating a safe work environment and producing guidelines for how to resolve issues and overcome obstacles.
Work with the head of department of each vertical to acquire knowledge of each existing operations and procedures.
Work independently to create the step-by-step standard operating procedures and policies for all processes for the organization’s operations
While creating SOPs, conduct a study in compliance with the protocol and required governance regulations and guidelines to ensure legal compliances.
Maintain, and manage a documentation system which classifies and organizes processes for every department within the organization.
Communicate documentation status to management and all stakeholders.
Learn and document existing processes and procedures to develop action plans and strategies to streamline efficiencies.
Track all policy and SOPs from creation to implementation and through updates.
Review and rewrite existing policies and SOPs.
Escalate and communicate risks and issues as appropriate.
Implement the SOPs within the organization and conduct periodic audits to ensure the same has been followed.
Education: Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
Experience : 0-1 year of experience in a similar position.
Age: Minimum 23 years to 26 years
Advanced level writing skill and strong vocabulary is a must.
Follows instructions, responds to direction, and solicits feedback to improve.
Concrete knowledge of organizational structure.
Analytical skills and problem solving.
Fluent spoken and written English knowledge.
Ability to think strategically and operationally.
