As a Sr. BDM Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for accelerating RDP sales in your respective area and will work closely with Enterprise Business Head.
To be successful in this position, you need to be very aggressive with opportunities, smart enough to understand the potential market and well-organized salesperson, as well as an excellent leader and critical thinker.


Should maintain a good relationship with all potential Accounts and its Stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements properly and suggest the right product.
Tap all the active accounts regularly to get continuous business from them.
Follow up with all inactive accounts and try to make them active by creating new opportunities
Holding a great command on all the Accounts assigned to them and maintaining a strong relationship with Business heads.
Travel to areas where needs are projected.
Following up all the open opportunities in the areas assigned to you.
Everyday minimum of 4 to 5 meetings.
You should have 360-degree command on all the opportunities.
Strong understanding of product features before a sale.
Coordinating with the pre-sales team for customized Quotations and product details.
Coordinating with operations teams for sales order executions and Logistics tracking.
Sales Activity Reporting – Ensure the timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage CRM
Expansion of RDP’s business in the enterprise space.


Minimum 3 years experience in Enterprise sales.
Prior experience of selling IT Hardware products will be an added advantage.
Age should be below 35.
Minimum Bachelor Degree.
