Responsibilities

  1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.


  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.


  1. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive traffic to the website through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


  1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and optimize ad performance through keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.


  1. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create valuable, relevant, and consistent content that attracts and retains a clearly defined audience, ultimately driving profitable customer action.


  1. Email Marketing: Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions through targeted email content, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.


  1. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.


  1. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital channels by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity, and actively contribute to brand development initiatives.


  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights, and use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.


  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, and drive integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.



Requirements

  1. Fresher MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing Certification: Preferred educational background with a focus on marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.


  1. Passion for Digital Marketing: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.


  1. Fundamental Knowledge in Digital Marketing: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SMM, PPC advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.


  1. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.


  1. Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas, develop engaging content, and devise strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.


  1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages, engage audiences, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.


  1. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).


  1. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing, and stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.


  1. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
