As a ViciDail Administrator, you will manage the overall function of the application along with educating the employees in our Inside support department.

  1. Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the ViciDial system to ensure optimal performance.

  2. Creating and modifying scripts to customize call routing and manage users.

  3. Monitoring and analyzing call center performance, including call volumes, wait times, and abandonment rates.

  4. Managing and maintaining the database, including regular backups and updates.

  5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to call center operations.

  6. Collaborating with other teams, such as IT, network, and security teams, to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

  7. Developing and implementing procedures for system maintenance and disaster recovery.

  8. Generating regular reports on system performance and call center metrics.

  9. Providing technical support and training to users.

  10. Staying current with new technologies and industry trends related to call center software and operations.


  1. Strong experience with ViciDial, an open-source call center software.

  2. Strong understanding of telephony protocols such as SIP and Asterisk.

  3. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command line interface.

  4. Strong understanding of database management and SQL.

  5. Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and PHP.

  6. Strong understanding of network architecture and security.

  7. Strong experience with call center operations and best practices.

  8. Strong understanding of voice over IP (VoIP) and call routing.

  9. Strong experience with IT service delivery and ITIL framework.

  10. Strong experience with call center metrics and reporting, and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
