These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the GPU Mart website. By using the Site you accept them.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPU Mart website at https://rdp.in/gpu-mart (“Site”). The Site is operated by RDP Computers Private Limited (“RDP”, “we”, “us”), and is marketed under the RDP Technologies Limited brand. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility, account and authority
The Site is intended for business, institutional, and enterprise buyers. By transacting you confirm you are at least 18 years old, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and authorised to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Site only for lawful procurement and information purposes. You must not:
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract data, pricing, or configurator output;
- reverse engineer, copy, frame, or resell Site content except as expressly permitted;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access, in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including sections 43 and 66);
- submit false, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content, or misuse quotation/RFQ tools;
- impair the Site’s security, integrity, or availability.
4. Product information, configurators and availability
Descriptions, specifications, images, performance figures, and prices are for general guidance, may contain errors, and may change without notice. Listings are an invitation to offer, not a binding offer. Availability of GPUs, servers, networking, storage, and components is subject to supply conditions. The binding specification, configuration, certification scope, price, and delivery are confirmed only in a written quotation or order acceptance. See the Product & Technical Disclaimer.
5. Pricing, taxes and orders
Indicative prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and, unless stated, exclude GST, other taxes, freight, and installation. Orders are formed and accepted under the Terms of Sale. We may decline or cancel an order where pricing is erroneous, stock is unavailable, verification fails, or the order appears fraudulent.
6. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, graphics, layouts, logos, and documentation — is owned by RDP or its licensors and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. “GPU Mart”, “RDP”, and related marks are proprietary; third-party marks belong to their owners and their use does not imply endorsement. 7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability, and your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data, or business, arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Site is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service that is the subject of the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RDP harmless against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons, without prejudice to accrued rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its update date are published here; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law, jurisdiction and grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Provisions are severable. Grievances may be raised via our Contact & Grievance page; the Grievance Officer is Omprakash, GPU Mart Operations Manager (grievance@rdp.in).
