We are looking for freshers graduates who want to learn packaging methods and apply their learning in delivering the best packaging experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude towards learning and willingness to grow their long term career with RDP.
Responsibilities
Getting the packaging materials (like desk PC box/cartoon, Tape, Foam etc.) from the warehouse as per SO which needs to be delivered on that particular Day.
Prepare the box and put the foam so that material can be placed in the box easily and damage will not take place.
Place the product in the box gently (without making much contact with the box).
Close the box by taping it.
Wrap the box with stretch film and strap the box.
As per the instructions, do the leveling, i.e., putting the fragile level and putting the MRP and customer address on the box.
Place the box at the designated pallet as per SO.
Throughout the process maintain the 5S Standard.
Check the material availability in the stock and report to the manager if any deficit is there in order to fulfill the next SO.
Maintain the cleanliness of the packing area.
Requirements
Education: ITI certified OR any graduate.
Experience: Freshers or maximum 2 years of packaging experience in any manufacturing company.
Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 27 Years.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from the manager.
Attention to detail and being able to practice the learning AFAP.
Quickly adapt to the culture of the company.
Very focused on discipline and punctuality.
Hardworking and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn, unlearn, relearn and grow in a career.
Professional adaptability.
