PSU stands for public sector undertakings. The companies that are owned by the state or central government. For those PSU employees, the government anticipated increasing the DA by around 42% from July 2023.

The employees were also eligible to claim DA even after attaining retirement. The pensioners will receive their monthly salary sum amount that includes DA percent as well. So simultaneously the pensioners will also obtain a hike of around 3-4% in their DA. Thus, pensioners can also expect a rise in their pension from July 2023.
