Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Handle payroll processing, salary structuring, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure employees adhere to company guidelines.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including leave management, health insurance, and performance incentives.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, assist in goal setting, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records, ensuring accuracy and data security.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, including labor laws, PF, ESI, and tax regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. 3-5 years of experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
    3. Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor compliance, and statutory regulations.
    4. Proficiency in HR software, HRIS systems, and payroll tools (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Workday).
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee queries and management coordination.
    6. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    7. Experience in conducting training programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle grievances and process improvements.
    9. Adaptability and multitasking ability to handle various HR functions simultaneously.
    10. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
