Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software, HRIS systems, and payroll tools (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee queries and management coordination.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in conducting training programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle grievances and process improvements.
- Adaptability and multitasking ability to handle various HR functions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
