We are looking for a talented and motivated Shopify Theme Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in creating and customizing themes that elevate our brand and provide exceptional customer experiences on our Shopify store.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid and best practices.

  2. Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional and responsive themes.

  3. Integrate third-party apps and functionalities within the Shopify theme framework.

  4. Optimize theme code for performance and ensure fast loading times.

  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions to achieve desired functionalities.

  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Shopify theme development.

  7. Maintain a strong understanding of Shopify's features and functionalities.

  8. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

  9. Effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.

  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure Shopify themes align with overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  1. 1-3 years of experience developing Shopify themes.

  2. Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid templating language.

  3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  4. Experience with responsive design principles.

  5. Experience integrating third-party apps with Shopify themes (a plus).

  6. Familiarity with basic SEO best practices for e-commerce (a plus).

  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  10. A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow.
