RDP -AIO Computer is substandard item. please improve or dont sell it
I am writing this review after many systems failed during the initial period itself.
1. During initial power-up itself one of the system was not booting. Your replacement process took around 1 month time. There is no service center in Bangalore metro city!!!.
2. Another 2 AIOs failed to switch on after 2 weeks.
3. There is no authorized service person from RDP. You had send some one who is seeing this AIO first time in his life, basically a freelancer. Very pathetic and he was unable to open the system. Given a temp solution to drain the power and restart.. very funny.
4. After repeated complaint RDP promised to send authorised person. Again send some local guy.
5. Any item with 3 year warranty should maintain a minimum quality.
6. In your site, whatever support terms displaying, nothing is valid.. this is a pure case of cheating. You don't have any support center in Bangalore as per my knowledge., In the name of MII you are cheating.
7. Very poor after service and very substandard item.
8. Every time you are sending the spare or replacement through courier directly. None of your team / seller is representing this activity. Being a Govt. Org. we can't directly take the delivery.
