Standard GeM CRM Charges are Rs.4999/- per month [Inclusive of all taxes].
The above charges are for ERP login license charges.
The GeM Bidding process by authorized partners is a little cumbersome.
As OEMs need to share BID specific (MAF, OEM Catalog ID & Price) almost for every bid partner wants to participate in almost everyday.
OEM need to share anywhere between 1-50 BIDs per day* to per partner* based on his profile and BID participation preferences.
RDP has listed 6 product categories in GeM (Desktop, AIO*, ThinClient, MicroPC, Server* & Workstations*)
In the Desktop category alone RDP has listed 2500 plus SKUs (No Brand in Desktop has listed this many SKUs, RDP is No.1 in total number of Desktop SKUs Listed in GeM)
In the ThinClient category we have listed 1500 plus SKUs, (Here also we are No.1 in terms of number of ThinClient SKUs Listed in GeM)
AIO, MicroPC, Server, Workstations, Tablet, Laptop etc are lined up to list in GeM in the coming weeks.
Once we list all the above categories then literally RDP will be having several thousands of SKUs.
And GeM is publishing around 80K BIDs per annum from the above mentioned product categories.

So, on a weekly basis every partner will be getting several 10’s of BIDs to participate, so arranging all the logistics (MAF, Catalog ID, Price & Other documents) in a traditional method is challenging, time consuming & inefficient.
So RDP GeM Process Team & IT Team has built a GeM CRM (First of its kind in India) to manage several 100’s of BIDs RDP is sharing to partners on a monthly basis seamlessly without any delay, even WITHOUT A SINGLE FOLLOWUP !!!
This way both OEM & Partner are efficient in the pre-bidding document logistical process.
